Jason Williams is one Baltimore's top Wellbeing Coaches. He has been in the health and wellness industry for over 14 years. A former college athlete, Jason is a personal trainer, nutrition, and meditation coach. He also teaches pilates and barre classes. He has published two children's books, "The Adventures of Frankie Fitness" and "The Adventures of Frankie Fitness, Introducing Ginger"
