Ann Marie has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a group exercise, Pilates mat and apparatus instructor as well as personal trainer. After years of attending fitness conventions and world travel she discovered and fell in love with BARRE and realized along with her business partnerStacey Vandiver that there was a need for a comprehensive BARRE program with a more athletic approach that was consistent and readily available to large clubs and smaller studios alike. Together they created Soul Body Barre, a pre-choreographed BARRE certification program. Soul Body trains and certifies instructors and implements their programing into clubs and studios. Ann Marie is proud of their “Soul Squad” of amazing teachers and loves being connected and an integral part of multiple gyms and studios that offers their Soul Body classes, all are like family!
